KEEPSAKE CUTIES STORE & SHIPPING POLICIES

Exchanges/Returns:   We DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS!   EXCHANGES ONLY or STORE CREDIT will be issued. This policy helps keep our prices low and prevents fraudulent claims. Please follow these guidelines below for returns.

1.       If there is a problem with your order, you must first get a return conformation number within 24 HOURS OF ARRIVAL OF YOUR ITEM, from Keepsake Cuties.

2.       The item being returned must be postmarked within 2 days of receiving the return conformation number.

3.       Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

4.       We will charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned items or exchanges.

5.       The item must be returned to us in the original new condition it was sent, with tags attached and in the same packaging.

6.       WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS or STORE CREDIT ON SHIPPING COST.

7.       We will notify you of the store credit you will receive, after we inspect the item.

8.       All Exchanges and Store Credit must be used or completed within 30 days of the original returned item purchased.

9.       If you received “Free Shipping and Handling” and want to return an item, you will be billed for the original shipping cost to us and it will be taken out of your store credit. (The free shipping and handling is only “Free” if you are keeping the  original item.)

10.    Headpieces, tiaras, and undergarments may not be returned.

11.    Clearance items, discontinued, sale items and Deals of the Day are deemed final sales, and can’t be returned.

          Shipping: Please read these terms before you buy.

1.       The shipping and handling cost for the 48 Continuous states starts at $5.80 . For small items (i.e.-hairbow) we will contact you with shipping cost.

2.       The shipping and handling cost for Alaska and Hawaii starts at $9.99.We ship USPS for most of our packages. On occasions, for larger orders we will ship Ground UPS.

3.       For all of our orders, we do add delivery confirmation free of charge.

4.     If you would like insurance added, please call us prior to ordering to make arrangements.

5.       We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they leave our hands. Nor can we be responsible or guarantee arrival time for ANY packages shipped, as this is out of our control.

6.       If your bank or credit card company requires signature confirmation for proof of your transaction, you are required to call us and make the additional payment for signature required at delivery.

7.       The “FREE SHIPPING and HANDELING” promotion only applies to the US residents, who spend over $75.00. If you order something with Free shipping and have to return it for any reason, you will be billed for the shipping/handling charges we incur. It is only “FREE” if you kept the original item. We will deduct these charges from your store credit.

8.      Failure to put the proper shipping address down will result in another shipping fee on the customer's part. We are not responsible for address errors on your invoice,lease double check your invoice before making final payment. Call us with any problems.

9.       In stock items ship within 2 to 3 business days.  Special orders can take up to 45 or longer before they ship. However, we will ship as soon as the order arrives from the manufacture.

Sales Tax: Idaho Residents are responsible for 6% sales tax, which will be added to your total.

          Ordering Information:

1.       In Stock and Special Order: We stock and special order many of our items. Please note within the description which items are special order. It can take up to 30 days for us to receive the item from the manufacture, so plan accordingly. You can always email or call us to find out if we stock the item or if we have to order the item. All special orders are FINAL.  They cannot be changed once ordered.

2.       Multiple Items for Special Event: For special events that need two or more dress of the same style, ALL orders must be placed at the same time. For example if the event is a wedding and you need 4 flower girl dresses, the order must be placed at the same time. We can’t be responsible if the manufacture discontinues the item or it is no longer in stock if additional items are ordered on a different date. Also, remember that different orders at different times, can mean a variation in color dye lots.

3.       Variation in Color: Please note we are not responsible for how your monitor displays the colors on your screen, since each monitor is different. We will do our best to inform you of the colors within the description.

4.       Out of Stock: Should your item be out of stock with the manufacturer or they are unable to fulfill your order, you will be refunded in full. We cannot be held responsible for manufactures procedures. We will contact you immediately to let you know your options.

5.       Plan accordingly for your event! We can’t be responsible for lack of planning. It can take up to 30 days for Keepsake Cuties to receive your order from the manufacture and then an additional 5 to 10 days to get the item to you. Please plan accordingly before you order.

6.       Getting the Right Size: Since we again cannot see or measure you or your child through the internet or telephone, we are not responsible for sizing errors for orders placed online or over the phone. Check our sizing charts from our manufactures. Generally, go a size bigger if the item is imported. If it is made in the USA, it should be general the same size the child is currently wearing. Keep in mind the time of the event, if it is several months out, go bigger. If in doubt always go bigger and it can then be altered. Also, remember in most situations all formal wear need alterations, there is typically not a perfect fit.  Alterations are the customer’s responsibility.

7.       Guaranteed delivery date: please note that we cannot be held liable for delivery of your items. There are too many variables between ordering the items to the manufacture of these items. We will do the best we can to meet your date, but there is NO Guarantees.

8.       Deal of the Week:  We reserve the right to limit the quantities’. See description on limits. If you want special offers, don’t forget to send us your email address.

9.       In-Store Prices: Our prices in our retail store can vary to our online prices. We welcome visits to our Retail Store located in Chubbuck Idaho.

10.    Payment: You have several options when paying, you can pay with PayPal or credit card – visa and mastercard, or you can send us a check or money order. Any returned check will be charged A $40.00 fee.

11.     Chargeback attempts:  We take credit card fraud very seriously! If you do not have authorization to use a credit card do not purchase from our store. Also, any attempt to reverse or chargeback a credit card transaction may constitutes a potential fraud. Please read our Exchange or Return policy above. Initiating a chargeback because you have cancelled your event, changed your mind, or for any other reason may constitute fraud and immediate legal action may be taken. Expenses incurred to Keepsake Cuties to collect payment beyond that of normal settlement including, but not limited to returned checks, chargeback, court proceedings, attorney and collections fees, will be at the expense of the customer. Any charge backs filed due to failure to read our policy or break in our store policies agreement will be disputed with the credit card company and reported to the credit reporting agency.  Additionally, a chargeback filed falsely as decided after the credit card company investigation will be administered an additional $40 fee. Customer agrees to abide by the laws of Bannock County, Chubbuck, Idaho. Keepsake Cuties reserves the right to deem all or any sale final.

12.    Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us! Making a purchase requires that you supply your contact information (name-email-address-shipping address). We use this information to process your orders. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us.
