Exchanges/Returns: We DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS! EXCHANGES ONLY or STORE CREDIT will be issued. This policy helps keep our prices low and prevents fraudulent claims. Please follow these guidelines below for returns.
1. If there is a problem with your order, you must first get a return conformation number within 24 HOURS OF ARRIVAL OF YOUR ITEM, from Keepsake Cuties.
2. The item being returned must be postmarked within 2 days of receiving the return conformation number.
3. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
4. We will charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned items or exchanges.
5. The item must be returned to us in the original new condition it was sent, with tags attached and in the same packaging.
6. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS or STORE CREDIT ON SHIPPING COST.
7. We will notify you of the store credit you will receive, after we inspect the item.
8. All Exchanges and Store Credit must be used or completed within 30 days of the original returned item purchased.
9. If you received “Free Shipping and Handling” and want to return an item, you will be billed for the original shipping cost to us and it will be taken out of your store credit. (The free shipping and handling is only “Free” if you are keeping the original item.)
10. Headpieces, tiaras, and undergarments may not be returned.
11. Clearance items, discontinued, sale items and Deals of the Day are deemed final sales, and can’t be returned.

Shipping: Please read these terms before you buy.
1. The shipping and handling cost for the 48 Continuous states starts at $5.80 . For small items (i.e.-hairbow) we will contact you with shipping cost.
2. The shipping and handling cost for Alaska and Hawaii starts at $9.99.We ship USPS for most of our packages. On occasions, for larger orders we will ship Ground UPS.
3. For all of our orders, we do add delivery confirmation free of charge.
4. If you would like insurance added, please call us prior to ordering to make arrangements.
5. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they leave our hands. Nor can we be responsible or guarantee arrival time for ANY packages shipped, as this is out of our control.
6. If your bank or credit card company requires signature confirmation for proof of your transaction, you are required to call us and make the additional payment for signature required at delivery.
7. The “FREE SHIPPING and HANDELING” promotion only applies to the US residents, who spend over $75.00. If you order something with Free shipping and have to return it for any reason, you will be billed for the shipping/handling charges we incur. It is only “FREE” if you kept the original item. We will deduct these charges from your store credit.
8. Failure to put the proper shipping address down will result in another shipping fee on the customer's part. We are not responsible for address errors on your invoice,lease double check your invoice before making final payment. Call us with any problems.
9. In stock items ship within 2 to 3 business days. Special orders can take up to 45 or longer before they ship. However, we will ship as soon as the order arrives from the manufacture.
